The study will be carried out in five sub-projects (modules):

Module 1:
Systematic overview of international scientific evidence on the health of migrant and minority nurses
Systematic review of national and international studies describing the health of migrant and minority nurses

Module 2:
Identification of psychosocial health at the workplace of migrant and minority nurses
Qualitative analysis of the health and working conditions of nurses with and without a migration background

Module 3:
Identification of psychosocial health in the workplace of 24-hour carers
Qualitative analysis of live-in caregivers’ working conditions and health

Module 4:
Current state of organizational orientation of outpatient nursing services in Hamburg towards migrants
Organizational analysis of homecare providers in the context of cross-cultural opening

Module 5:
Comparative quantification of psychosocial health in the workplace of nurses with and without a migration background
A quantitative frequency analysis of the stressors and resources of nurses with and without a migration background
